Since 1960, Stepp's Transportation Service, Inc. has been a family-owned company proudly serving the Tampa Bay area. Our passion and respect for the towing industry, customers, and community have allowed us to expand from Jim Stepp's humble one-tow truck service in 1960 in Temple Terrace, where our customers remain part of our extended family. Post-Jim Stepp’s leadership has passed on to his son and company President, Todd Stepp. Stepp's will continue to grow and expand into new markets under Todd Stepp's careful guidance. Todd Stepp's wisdom, judgment, and knowledge will be a tremendous benefit to the company. We began in 1960 as a small service station with one tow truck. We have grown from that simple beginning to provide a complete range of services. This includes Towing and Emergency Roadside Services, Heavy Transport and Auto Parts, and Environmental Response.
