Here I go again! No surprise, out of 27 people, nobody passed the exit exam. We all traveled to Tampa, Florida, and stayed for 10 days. We took the exit exam and completed the clinical portion for a few days, but it was a disaster. They canceled days, changed times, and the owner, Jena, was incredibly rude. She doesn't trust any of the students, constantly double-checking our skill sheets, even though we had completed them. She cleared some students only the ones that she likes knowing that we ALL had the same clinicals Just because she didn't feel like signing off, we're stuck in limbo with no idea when she'll sign our papers. She treats us like liars.
After paying for the entire program and failing due to a lack of good resources and poor preparation, we've had to spend money on tickets and hotels, only to fail the exit exam. Now we're expected to pay for an ATI program that costs nearly $600. “Is a good idea to prepare us for the NClEX students that need the help” It’s a 12-week program to get a green light, but she expects us back in just four weeks, which makes no sense. If is a 12 week program how can we do it in 4 weeks????
Please, do your research. It's not worth coming here. There are better schools that care about their students, and this isn't one of them. By the way, your final clinicals are in a nursing home, not a hospital—no real hospital experience for RN students. One day, I had to drive to the school twice because they changed the time without any explanation. Jena looks at you like you're worthless. She should treat us with respect. This so-called school wouldn’t even exist without us, and now we're all filing complaints with the Board of Nursing
We don't want any money back; we just want to make people aware of this school. Look, in 2023, they had nobody testing for the NCLEX. Jena even discouraged me from pursuing my RN and suggested I take the LPN route instead, just because I scored low on the exit exam and CAT Instead of offering support, she pushed me to do the LPN program, even though I had just completed the RN program. It's clear they are only after more money!
My family—my husband, my kids—are all heartbroken after all the sacrifices we've made, and here we are, stuck in this mess. I truly hope the Board of Nursing Mrs Hood and Mrs Mary!!! can step in and help. If anyone knows of a program that will allow us to take the last class and help us pass, please reach out to me. We need support, not discouragement!
Look in 2023 there was no testers because they won’t send nobody to the boards unless they are 100% sure you will pass because they don’t want to go below a certain percentage and get red flag or because they don’t have the resources to do it!!! Do your research!!!!
