Found my new maintenance shop! Chris and the boys at Anthem made me feel truly valued. They got my vehicle in for service the following day and returned it later that day. No attempt to push me into something I didn't need, very transparent and detailed in their recommendations.3. These guys are awesome - did my inspection and repairs same day and were super nice!4. Very good job, knowledgeable & friendly staff!5. The door actuator replacement they did works great. They also provided me great guidance for my engine leak when a dealership wanted $2500+ to fix right away.6. The ease of booking and team communications were remarkable. Got a dealership-recommended repair job done where Anthem checked and said the repair wasn't needed. They could have accepted my money, but they didn’t. They've earned a returning customer.7. I chose AA because they had great reviews. This is my second time using their facility. My daughter's Kia must work well while she is at university so it is crucial to me to bring it to a repair shop with quality work. They are not cheap, but they are trustworthy.8. The staff is sociable and works hard.9. Quick and competent. I am a car dummy so I get anxious when trying to find a place to fix my car, but they evaluated and explained everything in detail. Highly recommended.10. I had initially left a poor review after being charged an arm and leg in diagnostic fees when my check engine light, A/C problem, and battery alert all came on at the same time. I later found out that buying a new battery elsewhere resolved all these issues. The shop extended an apology for the mentioned incident. I really appreciate the effort in the explanation on my concerns. They recognized their error and I admire their commitment to rectify it. I will definitely consider this shop again in the future.11. My first interaction was on the phone with Chris Rodriguez, and he was helpful, friendly, and did an excellent job with the customer service. Went in to have my 3015 Jeep looked at and Chris was quick to provide a thorough and detailed analysis and accompanied by the 2 gentlemen in the front, Forry and Cody they were warm and welcoming. I will most definitely consider this shop again in the future.14. I have taken several vehicles here over the years and I have nothing but positive things to say about these guys. They never upsell ever, they give you a tiered invoice, what needs to be fixed right now, what can wait and what is standard maintenance, have never pressured me to fix anything and even once told me that they would suggest maybe taking my car to a dealership instead because they would have the part in stock and it would be faster. They also answer all my questions, I recently got a new car and it's really unfamiliar to me and they let me ask all the questions I needed to so I would feel better knowing what was taken care of after the inspection. I appreciate how they have treated me over the years and they will continue to get my business!! Plus their full inspection price can't be beaten, other places charge more and don't drive the car! They also make pick up and drop off super easy with your car, they are walking distance from the Lindbergh station and since they live close to a Marta line, if you can't leave the car at weird hours and you need to live on a Marta line you could hop on and off.15.
