Atlanta Car Care Customer Reviews Summary 1. I drove into Atlanta Auto Care as I was experiencing some starting issues and kindly asked if they could check my battery. I was unsure what to expect and hesitant about asking. But without any fuss D'Angelo asked Patrick and they said to pull on in. My battery was low and without pressure recommended i would need a new one. I got a quote (which was reasonable) and was told I could pick it in a few hours (which was awesome). Nice guys, great service. Would recommend. Thanks for putting me at ease. 2. Great service, easy communication, and they were fast! Very fair pricing. I'll be a returning customer for sure! 3. Excellent service. I called around to a ton of different places in the area to get a pricing on a diagnostics test. Atlanta Car Care had the cheapest pricing by far! Unfortunately, I had a blown head gasket, but Patrick and his team worked diligently to fix the problem. I actually received my car about 4 days sooner than expected. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but incredibly valuable once you do find the mechanic you can trust. I will definitely return for more service in the future! 4. I will say my problem was fixed and resolved, they took an extra day but it was resolved. The issue occured when I received bad information and thought I was overpriced. He explained and I apologized for having the wrong info, although he accused me of wanting the cheapest shop and it was ok if I couldn't afford it but this isn't the shop for me. When I confronted him, he said I, "choose to be offended." Beware of ignorant comments and racist tropes, as those words suggests, I'm sure he also thinks I'm "woke." He could've chose to apologize as well, but he doubled down and said he's unapologetic. Take your money elsewhere, there are several shops like Anthem around that do good work and aren't egotistical and condescending, that actual value their customers. Just look at the other low reviews that talk about his attitude. 5. 10 out of 10!! Super friendly, super fast, VERY fair and competitive pricing.. Took my Navigator right back for my oil change. This was my first time going here and I will definitely be a returning customer!! Highly recommend!! 6. Patrick is excellent. He gave me an estimate. There were no surprises, well one pleasant surprise. The cost to replace the windshield and reattaching the rear view mirror was considerably less than I expected. He informed me when the materials would arrive at his shop. I recommend Atlanta Car Care very highly. Professional, courteous, and reasonable prices. Thank you Patrick for running a great shop. 7. I appreciate the breakdown they sent online with all the suggested service needs and you can choose to accept decline whatever you prefer. Also very good payment options available if you are on a tight budget! My car was looked at and repaired within 12 hours. 10. Went in and they had great customer service. Had me in and out and taken care of as soon as possible 11. Going to the mechanic is always a little intimidating but Patrick and team always do such a great job at explaining exactly what’s wrong and what next steps need to be taken for any fix. I had a very disappointing and disturbing experience with this RepairPal-certified shop. I brought my vehicle in for diagnosis of an ongoing “Engine Maintenance Required” issue and paid a diagnostic fee. I was told the problem was due to the original filters that came with the car, so they replaced both the engine air filter and cabin air filter. However, the actual issue with the vehicle was not properly identified or resolved. After the unprofessional service, the “Engine Maintenance Required” message continued to appear on my dashboard, and I was not given a clear explanation for why it was still showing. I still had to take the vehicle elsewhere for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. I would advise others to be cautious with this shop, as in my experience they did not address the root cause of the problem and focused mainly on basic maintenance without resolving the actual issue.
