They don't care about circumstances, just that they get their pay I’ve followed my practitioner for years, as she has moved to different practices. This office is okay, but unreliable when getting clerical things taken care of. Sharon is the best therapist ive ever had. She listens to me. John is great too. And the women at the window are awesome! Caring group of people who are attentive and helpful. Mary Coule is an active listener who is compassionate and kind but also incredibly helpful and open to holding space for each persons story. I thought I would live forever with severe social anxiety but now I’m able to function so much better than I have before. I’m no longer filled with anxiety at every moment thanks to my psychiatrist and the medication they’ve prescribed to me. I recommend this place to anyone looking for help! I am really looking forward to starting my mental health journey with this team. I love my prescriber, unfortunately my experience with this office has been needlessly and excessively frustrating. There is no way for me to reach my ptescriber directly - all communication is done via phone call. I have requested refills on my medication four times in the past 7 days and have been met with nothing but a blasé attitude. My provider failed to send my prescription in after my appointment and they charged me a $35 refill administrative fee to call my medication for not having an appointment..... I 'missed' an appointment (they did not call me for my appointment) and I was strong armed into paying over $100 to get back on their schedule and have them fill my medication. Overall the cons of this office practices far outweigh the pros of having a consistent provider and I will be seeking care elsewhere. I’ve been seeing Dr. Misty Lewis for a few years now, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She is incredibly friendly and down-to-earth, but clearly very skilled and professional. She takes the time to really listen and understand what’s going on. She makes sure I'm clear on any changes that are being made.I leave my appts feeling heard and supported.I know I can count on her. I also want to mention how wonderful the office staff is. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness.Both the front and back office are helpful, and efficient. In summary, I'd follow Misty Lewis anywhere. Shaun is great!! I’m very thankful for the care I receive from Chad Hammond. He is kind, listens well, and makes me feel comfortable.
