It’s a very nice and clean place and Kathryn is awesome. Just these two visits have made a difference. Thank you for caring. 2. Very professional. Great communication including prescriptions and appointments. 3. I am extremely disappointed with my LifeStance experience. I scheduled an appointment that I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I made the cancellation notice and approximately 48 hours before the appointment and did not receive any medical services. And, yet I was charged (or threatened with a charge) of $100 for an appointment that never occurred. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of resolution. Since April, I have spent countless hours on the phone cumulative to address this issue. Each time I call, I either receive different information, am transferred to someone else, or am told the matter will be reviewed. In the meantime, the organization continues attempting to charge the card on file. The issue is no longer the fee. It’s the months of runaround, poor customer service, and inability to resolve a simple billing dispute. Patients should not have to spend months fighting for services they never received. I understand that medical practices have cancellation policies, but applying a substantial fee and forcing a patient through months of unsuccessful follow-up reflects poorly on the organization. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend LifeStance. Patients should carefully review all cancellation and billing policies before scheduling and be prepared to document every interaction if a dispute arises. 4. The lady's in the office are great. My doctor is the best. 7. It was great. It was my first appointment and I was nervous but she made be feel comfortable to talk to her 8. As always my appointment went well! 9. As far as a practice, I think LifeStance is good. I met with Dr. Tutu and felt like he was not attentive to my needs, did not ask any follow up questions or allow me to explain anything, and was essentially just ready to get done with our session. Session ended 20 minutes early. 10. My psychiatrist has the patience to consider all of my suggestions and feelings, while having the knowledge to correctly guide me in the right direction. I have seen a lot of providers and been to a lot of different offices over the year and LifeStance is by far the best. The staff is courtesy, and helpful. Making an appointment is easy and contacting my doctor is too. I get a response back the same day which has never been the case with any mental health professional I have seen. Dr Byrd is an amazing doctor with years of experience. I genuinely enjoy my appointments. It is amazing all around, I could not recommend them enough.
