It took over a year then 4 months to get the papers. Would not have got them then if I had not started contacting the Judge myself . He even lied about the Judge I know for a fact. Telling us it was all the Judge fault. Was scared to death of the other lawyer. Would not stand up for my granddaughter at all. Just for money and he is a yes man for the other side saying yes how high you want me to jump yes I will roll on the ground for you. Yes you can walk on me please do so. Are there anything else you want. That what kind of lawyer he is. No No, you don't want to use him at all. Unless your on the other team. He is sickening. Not for the child at all. So be ashamed of his self for even saying that he is.3. James E Toland has been so great, he has done wonders for me and my family. He has done what he has promised to do for us. So if ur looking for a great lawyer James E Toland is who u need to go too.. He is the best..4. Let me tell you how i feel about this Attorney. He will take your MONEY and let it be. Help you is not in his vocabulary. He doesn't do anything he says he will do. Don't use Jame E Toland for attorney he only out for money. Doesn't worry about the kids or what's best for a child. That's my recommendation of this attorney.5. This man is an abysmal attorney. He is entirely unprofessional, rude, and aggressive (not in the good way) to the point of being hostile. He is just about as dirty as they come: Files frivolous motions, drafts ambiguous orders for the judge sign (which you must move to amend), and generally does everything in his power to waste everyone's time. If you hire this man, be prepared to pay out lots of extra cash for all the needless paperwork he's going to fill out. If you are arguing against this man in court, be prepared to argue against the most inane arguments you can imagine. In sum: Just about as bad as they come.
