The dental hygienist at Dent 1st, Catalina is a great hygienist, she took great care of my teeth cleaning, painless gentle and the instructions of the continual care of my teeth along with some dental care stuff to use at home, anyone needing a hygienist I would suggest Catalina.6. I had a very disappointing experience. My appointment was at 3:00 PM, and I arrived about 5 minutes early. The office told me I should have arrived 15 minutes early to complete the paperwork. Although I understand that offices have check-in policies, the front desk didn't finish entering my information until about 3:09 PM, and the dentist left without seeing me. I believe there should have been better communication and a greater effort to accommodate a patient who was already there for a scheduled appointment. Instead, I left without being treated after taking time out of my day. Patients' time should be respected just as much as the office's schedule.7. Carolina is very gentle, kind, professional!! She does her job very well. Shes my favorite person to book.8. I’m a satisfied customer! From checking in to completion and checking out was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Sandvi is wonderful. A great bedside manner and just a nice guy. He was great at making sure my procedure was painless and done professionally and quickly. He was thorough in explaining future dental needs and I couldn’t have asked for a better Dr. His assistant was Rhonda. She too was equally professional and made me comfortable for the procedure. It felt warm to me in the chair and she found a small fan for me which did the trick. That’s first class care and showing concern for a patient. She too was thorough in explaining what I needed to do after the procedure. Thank you very much for the concern and care I was shown by everyone involved. Made an appointment 2 months ago just for them to call and tell me a week before that my insurance is not covered despite finding them through my insurance website. I do NOT recommend this place, they clearly don’t have a well-organized system.15. Today was the best dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. Carolina was very gentle, kind, professional, and she made me feel comfortable. I’ve always had some anxiety when it came to dentist appointments but not today. Not to mention, the office had a peaceful atmosphere and the entire staff was welcoming. I’m grateful to be back at Dent1st.
