Customer Reviews Absolute worst experience ever, the only reason 2 stars is being left is because it’s way too easy for businesses to remove 1 star reviews— I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could! they messed up my teeth! This establishment has been under various names and I was a patient when the company was named “Orthodontist Care Of Georgia”. Everything was FULLY PAID— They had me pull two teeth out to pull in the rest of my teeth and ended up shutting the McDonough location down. I had to go elsewhere with the same company that was over an hour away from where I live— they took x-rays and checked my teeth as if I were a new patient and told me that they couldn’t continue due to the roots and that if I would like them to continue I would have to sign a waiver stating they are not responsible if my teeth fall out. I was taken aback by this and didn’t know how to proceed since they already removed teeth that were perfectly fine— the McDonough location ended up opening back up, this time with all new staff, I was treated the same way and told the same thing. They refused to finish due to the waiver, refused to give any sort of refund or compensation after MESSING up my teeth, and didn’t even give me a damn retainer (which is what was included in the fully paid service). The staff here makes you feel like family and the start to treatment is seamless! Noah is great and Dr. Duval is an expert at his craft. Everyone who has helped thus far is great at what they do and very personable. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking to get their smile right in a professional, friendly environment. Excellent care and customer service. My father came looking for service that unfortunately he couldn’t receive here but the front desk attendants were very understanding and helped refer him to the appropriate location. 10/10 would recommend, splendid service! I’ve been calling for the last two days and nobody has been in the office to answer the phone!! I even went up there and nobody is in the office, all the lights are off and the door is locked. It would be nice to know when the office is closed since google says they are open Dr. Duval has treated my family and has us smiling. We always enjoy seeing him and his staff! Nicey was so sweet , funny , down to earth and so professional I love the energy with her this the place u would want to go to!! Ashley and Dr. Duval are the best and have my teeth looking great! Neicy was my assistant today and she was great. She made sure I was comfortable, along with letting me know what was being done. Val IT’S ALWAYS A JOY TO SEE NIECY SHE IS QUICK, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAS GREAT ENERGY! TEAM NIECY ⭐ THE BEST ORTHODONTIST AND STAFF THERE IS⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My teeth are looking great. My orthodontist is awesome! The doctor and office staff are awesome. my teeth look amazing. Awesome staff with great results for beautiful smiles!
