Feedback from our valued customers Leashaon and Haley were so kind and took good care of my mouth giving me braces. Everyone at the practice has been wonderful. Incredible staff. Outstanding service. 100% recommend! I only wish I would’ve known about them sooner. Okay, this entire experience is as far on the opposite end of the spectrum as possible. I was definitely wrong to assume all orthodontic practices were the same. Amazing experience to have. They truly live up to their 5-star experience. From the consultation to today, they’ve been great. My daughter got her braces today and I am so happy we’re here for the next 18 months. Thank you for your professionalism and top-tier service. UPDATED REVIEW The customer service is good but the quality of work is not. I’ve had braces from another franchise and I never had issues. My daughter always has something wrong, brackets breaking and mind you they don’t repair it until the next 6-week appointment which does affect the treatment. I don’t have time to always bring my daughter up here for this. It’s getting annoying. Dr Patel is the best, he explained the process and let me watch, my experience was exceptional. No anxiety at all because I’ve had bad experiences I started off nervous but ended up laughing the whole time. I was very comfortable . Everybody was great, especially LaShaon and Brooke are my new sisters from another mister!! i had a great experience today getting my braces today Great experience Love them The staff at Patel and Womble Orthodontics was so kind and helpful. I have an appointment in a few days to get my braces and I feel so at ease. I know that my smile is a priority to them and I'm so grateful for all of their hard work!
