I had a wonderful experience. Ms.Audrey was great with a lot of knowledge . She is very polite and patient. She will answer all your question and have your teeth super clean. I came in for a cleaning and ended up having an X-ray done without the cleaning service I scheduled. I spent a large part of my afternoon waiting and only saw the dentist for a moment, so I didn’t have time at all to express my concerns, arrange a treatment plan, or have the cleaning. I was later told I wouldn’t have gotten the cleaning anyways because the office closes at 3:00 p.m. This was devastating because it meant I wasted my afternoon and an annual preventive cleaning benefit from work. Overall, I feel like I wasted my afternoon and my annual preventive cleaning benefit without actually receiving the service. My experience was disappointing due to the long wait, lack of clear communication about my treatment plan and costs, and leaving without the cleaning I had expected. Calling the front desk multiple times for days just for them to put me on hold for 10 minutes. They never bother to call you back though you call them multiple times. Had difficulty getting my imaging/xrays because they lost my form. Had a good first visit but dealing with the calls is a hassle. My Hygienist was professional and did a amazing job on my mouth. I love the energy of all the staff members and the kindness of the Doctor. I have been searching for almost a year for a great Dentist in McDonough. I finally found one! I felt like a queen. I highly recommend them. My experience was amazing from start to finish. The office is extremely clean and each staff member to include the doctor was personable and professional. Staff was kind. I will be a repeat customer. Great atmosphere, this place has very modern equipment, the way they take x-rays are painless and fast with handheld camera. I loved that 1st. 2nd when my hygienist came in she did a job on my teeth I’v never had. They not only looked different but felt really clean and white. I’v never had a vitamin treatment, I think for my teeth was great. I also got another treatment on my lower gums II was scared ) they managed to do this delicate procedure with ease.
