Price wise but not the same quotes as the lowest one had a lot of add on costs I would have had to work through. Quick response to my inquiry. Tim Steele was sent to my home and kept us on task to come to a solution for both bathrooms. Tim was a seasoned professional in the industry. We were replacing 20-year-old fiberglass tub shower combinations and Bath Fitter does a complete rip out and replace of those instead of the fitted overlay. This is important as water could have gotten behind our old walls. One thing I liked was they provided one seamless wrap around wall, not a three or four panel wall that others do. So, our walls will last long term. His quotes were detailed A-Z solutions. They order all the materials, set up, perform the installation, then come back and do any future warranty work. They also have their employees do the work, not subcontractors. One bathroom we replaced a tub/shower combo with the same and one was a shower only. We picked out some really great options including a folding shower seat, dual shower heads (one was handheld), plenty of grab bars and shelves, etc. Office Manager - Maureen Gribbins was prompt to order the materials while the Administrative Assistant Krystal Fields was quick to schedule our two jobs quickly working us into their work schedule. But only one bathroom at a time which was our problem. Nothing went wrong. Both were done in one day. The office team was great at handling all of my follow-up questions and a few quote adjustments that Tim helped us work through. Billing was easy and secure. Finally, they sent us a great two-man team for both of the installations, Lead Installer Markerry Hatten, and his second Jeffrey Calouro. They were both excellent and it was amazing to watch the process. The foundation and walls underneath the Acrylic were strengthened and the tub and shower basin floor are well supported. No problems and done in one day each! Pedro and Oleg did a fantastic job on my tub area. They were polite and professional. We couldn't be happier with our new shower installed by Bathfitters. They came I explained what I was looking for we crunched numbers and he informed me about finance options. Guys this was great. Now to the actual appointment. Mr. Pedro Collado gave me a call prior the morning of to let me know he was enroute and what time to expect him. When he arrived we walked over what to expect, then the work began. I have been doing a lot of renovations in my home and I tell you I could not tell work was being done. We ran into an issue due to a builders builder’s build. That was the only delay. I got that fixed, Pedro came back out and I have a beautiful walk-in shower for my mom. Thank you Bath Fitters but most of all great job Pedro. Thanks for your care and attention to detail. Our installer from the Jimmy Carter BlVD location in Norcross was great. He finished in one day. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Zavion Henry, my installer, was extremely kind, professional, and hard-working. He worked very hard and long to ensure the shower was the best for us. Their office team led by Krystal was quick to order the 2 materials and get the work scheduled for both of our bathrooms. They worked us into their busy schedule and only did one bathroom a day, so we weren't without a shower overnight. The communication was great and they coordinated well with Zavion. It was a two-man install, and we had someone named Markerry Hatten and another guy. They were equally excellent and worked hard all day. Everything went smooth and the cleanup was great. I can't wait to see the finished product. Oleg performed the work of adjusting the sliding doors and recaulking the floor to wall. Outstanding job and very satisfied with his work. I work for an apartment community and we had a resident break their main tub faucet at 11:45 on a Sunday. I called Bath Fitters at 12:00 and they arrived within 15 minutes of my call. I had Tristan H #273 come and resurface my whole bath tub unit in 3 1/2 hours. He did a fantastic job and was super easy to work with in that time. Markerry Hatten was my installer, I talked with him briefly before he started and since the house he was working in isn't occupied at the moment I didn't see the bathroom again until it was completely finished. Boy was I surprised at how great it looked. I told Markerry over and over thank you for doing such a good job.
