I will surely be coming back in 6 months for a checkup. 3. Dr. Dancy and Start Smiling Dental Team are absolutely amazing and caring people. Super clean and they use the most up-to-date technology to make sure your teeth are checked and treated correctly. All staff are brilliant, and the treatment from them is super patient and thoroughly done. Whitney the hygienist is very nice and personable. She always makes the process less scary and easy. This is why I recommend Start Smiling Dental because of Dr. Dancy and the entire staff. 4. I enjoyed my time at the office. They were professional, and the experience was positive. The office has a comforting atmosphere with relaxing background music playing in the background and the TV on. The office also has a cool team. I'd recommend that anyone come here over any other office. 5. Quality service, first visit, very knowledgeable. 6. Wow, wonderful customer service with family touch!!!! Can't forget the professional touch....they are Exceptional. 7. I have been a regular in a short span: Upon entering, everyone is jolly and gives you the best. No waiting for the required service. The dental hygienists and Dr. Patel are englightened and caring. They are very cautious with cleaning and painless procedures. They always try to reduce and ease your pain so that you feel nothing. Sweet people. I have to note the facility as 5 Star. 9. My experience was bad. I came in for a routine cleaning and had a bad time. The front office was not professional. They pressured me into getting more services I did not ask for or need and claimed they were covered by my insurance. I even asked twice to confirm the coverage was included but was lied to. The staff even tried to pull a fast one on me by telling me that my insurance would cover the services they pressured me to get. I later found out that my insurance wouldn't cover those services. I would not recommend this office. They are dishonest and unprofessional.
