The dental hygienists and Dr. Patel are englightened and caring. They are very cautious with cleaning and painless procedures. They always try to reduce and ease your pain so that you feel nothing. Sweet people. I have to note the facility as 5 Star. 9. My experience was bad. I came in for a routine cleaning and had a bad time. The front office was not professional. They pressured me into getting more services I did not ask for or need and claimed they were covered by my insurance. I even asked twice to confirm the coverage was included but was lied to. The staff even tried to pull a fast one on me by telling me that my insurance would cover the services they pressured me to get. I later found out that my insurance wouldn't cover those services. I would not recommend this office. They are dishonest and unprofessional.
