Customer reviews: 1. Customer for over 30 years - cleaning appt. turned into cleaning/exam/xrays/ultimatum. Dentist said get all done or he wouldn't do the cleaning. New dentist needs some customer service training or he won't get it from me. I've moved, new dentist, and new location. A two-hour round trip for me so he won't see me again. Hygienist and office personnel were great, but that dentist.2. We loved our dentist and now he's sold the practice.3. Had a filling fall out at 4:30 pm, was referred to them by the office that did the--x-rays. They took me in at 7:30 PM and repaired the tooth, and did an excellent job. The office is clean, I felt that it was safe, it is very nice, all PPE, and very welcoming. They were kind, patient, and very thorough. I have very sensitive teeth, and the dentist catered to that. They went above and beyond, and I will definitely be recommending them from now on.4. They charged me more than double what they told me on the phone when I scheduled the appt. The cleaning was half-assed.5. Had to give up. Divalent overbilled patients, totally negligent, and misdiagnosed. After 10+ years, I'm getting a new dentist.withErrors and charged me $110.00 to tell me to go next door. Could've done that over the phone. This dentist could've done that over the phone, but noooo!
