I called them they said it was thermostat, and because it was hot outside cost us $150, called them back because the temp wouldn't go down he came and washed it off .it still wouldn't work right so called American Air and he said it was the capacitor ,so I wonder if we really needed a thermostat .I would never recommend them .signed Linda 4. Called and they stopped on their way home to put charge my AC and found the leak. They are amazing and extremely reasonable. Very kind and courteous 6. Efficient and professional with pricing that cannot be beat! 8. I called them because my A/C is leaking. They fixed a pipe and it still leaked. Called them back and they did a more detailed check and fixed the pipe again. Unfortunately the issue still exists. The man they sent to the house said 2 years ago that the 2000.00 coil was shot we took it apart when he left the coil had never been cleaned it was clogged once cleaned it worked fine mind you he talked awful while here, fast-forward 2 years later we call the company because the fan wasn't starting or staying on again they send him and just inside the door he said it's the coil he was rude called me a liar and left the owner said he would come by the next day and check the system out I told him I don't want that guy back at all well he never showed up and that other guy ain't right I have put cameras all around my house and inside and out you just never know. 14. 10/10 will use his service again!!! He is very polite, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. He fixed our air in like 30 minutes and did extra. 15. 10/10 will use his service again!!!
