Customer feedback summary (5-5): I retained Ellen to handle my divorce, and what should have been relatively straight forward became delayed and complicated. The case itself went on for longer than usual, and had a lot of elements involved. Ellen and her team are rockstars. They did excellent at keeping me up to date on what was needed and the next steps. Their expertise and knowledge was not only evident, but was comforting as we navigated settlements and assets and all of the parts of a divorce that aren't fun. Furthermore, Ellen was firm and professional in her handling of the case - but was kind and sympathetic in her handling of our interactions as I dealt with the stress and emotions of the separation and divorce. I do not have much experience with lawyers or the legal world, but I could not feel better about the job Ellen and her team did.
