AKIRA Customer Feedback Overview
Store in Chicago compared to Texas
@chrishana.wilson Glad I found this store while visiting Chicago. The staff was excellent and I loved my shopping experience. Purchased a huge jacket & shoes
2. I stopped by any akira in Chicagos because staff @ Texas told me their headquarters has more options, thus i visited downtown 37.
The store is smaller than texas and i didn’t see any ‘fun’ section aka clearance / final sale. I understand the way of layout and visual and why no section in Chicago downtown.
Kinda bummer because i was expecting to buy something
But i saw quite few maxi dresses that i like the style, just the pattern of snake skin that not suite my taste.
Staff was friendly, so far all good, just less selection3. I stopped by any akira in Chicagos because the staff @ Texas told me their headquarters has more options, thus i visited downtown 37.

But curiosity pulled us in anyway… and that’s where everything changed.
The moment we stepped inside, the vibe shifted. The lighting softened, the energy felt welcoming, and suddenly it wasn’t about the mannequins anymore. It was about discovering a space that encourages you to be a little braver, a little louder, and a lot more yourself.
We ended up having an amazing time working with Ua, our stylist, who made the experience fun, relaxed, and confidence-boosting. We walked out smiling and loving the finds—especially the AKIRA “Girly Pop Ruffle Zip Up Sweatshi...
