Their kind and exhaustive explanations of the diagnosis and treatment to both patients and their parents guarantee they feel comfortable and involved in their care. Their kids or family braces and teeth look great, and the appointments are always a pleasant experience. One parent even mentioned that the team took the time to communicate with them personally in exceptional circumstances, such as those in the outdoor waiting area.
