There was an agreement that the papers would get reviewed, and Jimenz or his office extends any assistance. He only got back to me the first time we met and told me he was going to call me in a week. However, nobody called me and the office stopped pick the phone. Later found out government offices might use the COVID pandemic to justify their failure to work but when they had to choose between the pandemic and the tax appeals, they chose to stay close and totally with no communication to clients. misses.
