Customer feedback summary: 1. IL General Construction Services finished work yesterday. All the workers, including Deyan were friendly, courteous and did a good job. After done, they cleaned up and moved everything out to the garage and then moved some back when project was complete. They did an excellent job on, painting, insulating, removing wall. Their work ethic is excellent-they are careful and conscientious. I had been waiting to do this work for several years. I found ILGCS info on Google and there were many 5 star ratings and I will add mine to those existing. I now have a newly decorated room that I can now use. Thanks Deyan and ILGCS.2. Very happy with work that was done, will be calling them again when needed. Thanks guys!3. Quick and reliable. Called with a baseboard repair and they were out the next day to complete.4. Deyan and crew did a great job patching my roof and fixing some water damage in a bedroom and bath. They moved our furniture and were very efficient causing minimal disruption to our busy household, all at a fair price. I highly recommend ILGCS and plan to use them again!5. I called late in the afternoon on a Saturday to have some modifications to kitchen cabinetry to accommodate a larger stove than what was there previously. Not only did they work on it with me still on Saturday evening, they picked up the stove for me and installed it and had everything done by noon Monday. Really excellent service!!!6. Deyan and his team did an excellent job. I accidentally stepped on some plywood in the attic and broke a few pieces. They repaired everything within a few hours and ensured the color matched perfectly. They also took care of several scratches and paint spots on other walls near the damaged area—at no additional charge.7. Deyan and his team were awesome to work with. We initially bought quartz kitchen countertops at Menards, but hadn’t had them cut yet. We didn’t want to wait 8 weeks for Menards to fulfill the order, so we called ILGCS. Deyan told us to cancel the order if possible, and they could do a better price- and have them installed within a week. All things Deyan told me were absolutely true. They came to measure on a Tuesday, and they were installed by that Friday with great quality! Their price with the install was only a couple hundred dollars more than just the countertops we bought at Menards. Highly recommend! Saved us a ton of money, good honest company.8. Excellent company! Deyan and his business partner responded quickly to a very last minute job request from us for a basement floor project (removing existing carpet and installing laminate flooring for a home gym project we were working on). They worked us into their schedule in a matter of just days and finished the job in a day so our project could keep moving forward. The crew was friendly, efficient and clean and the end product was excellent and reasonably priced (especially given the last minute nature of our request). Would highly recommend working with IL General Construction Services!9. Excellent company! Deyan and his crew did excellent work. He took the time to walk me through every part of the project and patiently answered all of my additional questions along the way. His knowledge is impressive—he’s clearly skilled in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and many more. I truly enjoyed talking and working with him, and I highly recommend his services.11. Deyan and his team worked with us on finishing our garage which included insulating and drywalling the walls / ceiling, installing new lighting, making sure all the outlets were GFCI rated, and mudding / painting when it was all done! They even mounted our TV for us! His work crew was incredibly respectful of our home and did not fail to answer any questions we had or change the plans along the way and the pricing was fair. They will be our first call for other home projects in the future!12. The IL General Construction Services team came out, identified the issue and quickly scheduled a team to repair. The service crew was not only on time for the appointment but were professional, thorough and fast. Highly recommend for any project needs.14. Deyan and his crew did an excellent job at our house. He installed new drywall on the ceiling and walls, painted and primed as well. You cannot see any seems through the paint and like I said he did an excellent job. He was very accommodating with his time. He was able to finish the job in a timely manner even roughing it out through the frigid subzero temperatures to complete our job. We are very happy and will be using him in the future for other projects. 15. Good services, professional staff.
