They get properties rented usually in a month or less with an exception of a few here and there. They get lease renewals done efficiently. When an issue has come up they make themselves very accessible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent their homes in the area.10. Beautiful home, landscaping is beautiful, back yard is amazing..12. Literally just refused to work with us for no reason. We went and toured the homes and applied. We were working to get them extra information when they suddenly told us that both homes were unavailable. Then told us they didn't even run our background check. Were very rude when we were asking questions. It's now been weeks and the homes are still up and they are even decreasing the rent. We have years of rental history showing we have been paying rent more expensive than their's for years without missing. Am very upset about this I have literally never left a Google review before this. Don't work with them.13. It’s pretty it’s okay not that small yeah it’s pretty alot14. The place was nice and clean.. Excellent quiet area..Company with great communication..15. Mr Scott whomever Just because there is fraud and maybe you have been a victim of it but that doesn't mean you treat people like they are criminals. Yes that is our wish that you forget about our application. We have never had to undergo this type of scrutiny with a rental agency. While I understand that fraud is prevalent, I feel that extra items were requested of MY family. If you all hadn’t requested bank statements of my daughter who by the way has a Masters Degree and is a Mental Health Therapist (a professional) and my other daughter who is also a college graduate, and continuing her education, maybe I would’ve been more willing to continue to do business with you. I am also a professional with multiple degrees and a very decent salary that would cover the rent alone. At one point I even considered that we were being scammed due to the hoops you all were requiring us to jump through. I truly feel there was some discrimination and bias in vetting our application. So, while you may not be accustomed to black families being educated professionals and owning their own business, I can assure you that we do exist and the my family is one. I hope that my suspicions are inaccurate, but if they aren’t that is defect in your character not mine or that of my family.
