Perhaps your child isn't interested in gymnastics but needs an outlet to vent during the pandemic. You don't need to be a professional gymnast! You don't need any experience! The classes last 60 minutes. They include motivational music and body weight exercises. Kids also learn how to encourage one another and develop mobility. Individual goals for the long and short term will be set by agility assessments. Progressive tumbling drills will motivate kids to work towards physical strength to execute rolls, planks, balance poses, headstands/handstands, and eventually more difficult skills in a safe environment. Every class will discuss personal issues and teach stretching & meditation.
