Renter here. Don't do it. Whatever you think about doing with this company, don't. This company is a prime example of the predatory rental issues the housing market is now facing since the Foreclosure of so many homes during covid. Slap some paint light blue or light gray paint on it, take some pictures, promise repairs without follow-through once you have a tenant you assume doesn't know proper Home Maintenance because they're on the lower socioeconomic side of things. Well you know what happens when you assume, at least Larry found out with me. No I'm not the one. You shouldn't be either, so do 180 and keep walking or searching or Googling. Just run.

My experience with BHB was extremely pleasant no problems with staff, every issue i had in my place was addressed immediately. BHB rental properties is the place to be. Loren
Agree with some of the other recent reviews. Would give 0 stars if possible. From a property management standpoint, the entire staff is unfortunately incredibly incompetent and unprofessional. I could go on and on about all the issues I had working with them and the lack of response or resolution I ever received, but to sum it up, save yourself the headache (and money) and take your business elsewhere. Awful experience.
