At Dinetteland-North, we are dedicated to enhancing our consumer's online shopping experience. We make every effort to ensure that when you purchase items from us, you receive quality service and any assistance you require.
Special orders cancellation or refund is not available. They will be delivered after they are made and shipped from factory to Dinetteland.
Stock models and floor models will receive a guaranteed 15% return fee. After three days from the purchase date, there will be no more returns or cancelations. If you pick-up merchandise that has already been shipped, you will be charged for another delivery. Items must be in their original condition if you want to return them. If the items are not received or picked up, you may cancel the order, but it must be done so within 3 days. There may be a processing fee for cancellations, which can be 5%.
