I was moving from Colorado to Indiana. For an entire week I got little to no communication. Their credit evaluation does not follow any of the 3 major credit unions. And as a result myself and my 2 roommates who are all disabled and considered at risk adults are homeless because a person with a 700+ transunion credit score does not fit their minimum 650 and 4x rent co-signer requirements. Their website is also false advertising. If you have no credit it is not 500$ mitigation it is automatic denial. They refuse to take an ssi award letter, which is a government letter, as income proof. And absolutely everything is 3rd party none of your application will actually be viewed by the actually property management.
