Tajuana Hill earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University. Currently serving at Rolls-Royce Corporation for the past 24 years, she has been a UAW Trainer for 22 years. Tajuana is inherently an entrepreneur and visionary. She created the Essence of Green Soy Candle Company and Essence of Green Publishing Company and established Mind Your Green Business (2011), Ten-aciously Green (2008), Paint Your Vision (2018), and Creating the Masterpiece in You Gratitude Journal (2018). Tenaciously Green has been highlighted in Sista-2-Sista and Upscale magazines. As a visionary, she set up Mimosa and a Masterpiece, a downtown Indianapolis paint-and-sip art studio, in 2011. Tajuana's dedication to Mimosa and a Masterpiece's triumph gives her the ability to encourage women entrepreneurs on their journey to live the life they envisioned.
