He did discover a blocked air vent on the roof which was causing some issues with our dryer performance. He took before and afterwards pictures and showed them to us. He even cleaned the vent piping system from both directions, inside to out and then outside to inside, very thorough." "Cleaned up the work area he was in and also shortened the existing exhaust flexible tubing from the dryer to the wall. It is a much cleaner and shorter airflow instead of the several curves from the previous flexible exhaust tubing. He also immediately put on protective shoe covers several times which I was very appreciative. Couldn't have been more satisfied with his work ethic and personality.
