There’s one more catch that sold me, they offer me an extra $50,000 and said I can add a tiny home property to my main home if I want for in-law quarters, and that may be something I will do, because down the road I can use it as a rental too. No other bank has offered me these kind of options, so knowing they handle all the draws, don’t sell my loan during construction, and offered me up to $50,000 extra, with these low rates, I just appreciate them wanting to work so hard to earn my business.
