As a serial entrepreneur and real estate investor in every category apart from Ag for 30+ years, I have a ton of experience with lenders in general. Most of their “three-step simple process” pitches are not that simple and should be renamed to “The 3 step process to jumping off a bridge, painfully.” But this time was different. For the first time IN MY LIFE, I Googled lenders for an ag project and realized that such loans are complex. I thought I had really messed up with my latest brilliant idea. I signed up with United Ag online despite knowing no one would call back. But, to my surprise, someone called after 5pm their time through text, and email. It happened again through a call, and I thought they were going phishing. Lee McLelland’s introduction call was amazing. He answered all my silly questions, and he followed the filing process, and it was completed. I have the money in my bank, and I would not lie to you! United Ag fulfills their promise.
