Great people to work with. Kind and helpful. My only critique is that when I asked if refinancing is free, I was told that it was. So, it seemed a little misleading when I found out how much would be rolled over into the loan. I’m basically buying a better rate and starting right back at 30 years. There is nothing free about it.
