Please & Thank You "MARK," freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and the best coffee in Louisville. Go ahead. We'll wait. Brooke Vaughn's been serving them for over 10 years at her three distinct, inviting cafes also serving locally-roasted coffee (Good Folk). When COVID came, the team started serving a metric ton of coffee, and even more cookies, out of the pick-up window and delivery vans. That kept Brooke and her staff busy and employed. The shops have reopened, and each one is its own unique vibe. The original location on Market Street, which features a great jukebox, is always a party waiting to happen. Swing by for a bit of a good time. Remember fun?
