Sunergos Coffee

This small coffee shop is 250 square feet and can be found in Louisville’s downtown. It offers three espressos all day long, as well as a delicious rotation of brewed coffees. There is standing room inside, but there are also sidewalk seats for those who prefer to take their coffee to go as they explore downtown Louisville. Our name comes from a Greek word that means "working together" and strongly suggests ideas like collaboration and relational service that are helping our company to grow. The concept of sunergos is thus woven throughout the progression and operation of our company. As Sunergos expanded, we hired our initial staff members. The founders worked 96 hours each week. The growth of Preston and the wholesale business required a larger roaster. Finally, after hundreds of hours stripping, sandblasting, and painting, the 60-kilo Petroncini was put into service. We also built a flagship store in the Beechmont neighbourhood, located on Woodlawn Avenue. After two years of planning, the Sunergos Woodlawn location was opened. The next location was Sunergos Coffee on 5th Street in the Highlands, a small espresso shop. It was opened a few years after the Beechmont location. Sunergos then moved to its fourth location in downtown Louisville, located on Norris Place. Today, Sunergos has nearly fifty employees, with its coffee available in our four retail stores, as well as several offices, coffee shops, and grocery stores.

Customers extol this coffee shop experience, seemingly unanimous in labeling it "the best in town." The delectable, strongly flavored but competitively priced coffee is a favorite for the regulars, with the Americano, and seasonal berries standing out. The staff, primarily the knowledgeable baristas, is integral to the good atmosphere, according to some customers. Some patrons welcome the baristas' friendliness, others appreciate their politeness. The comment that stood out for me is that one client, a non-coffee drinker, declares that the coffee is delicious, and that the staff is wonderful. It concedes that the place is unique, exuding a cool and cozy ambiance for hanging out. Other people say the reviews of the premises are highly recommended.
