Phyllis Jordan, one of the earliest coffee industry visionaries, believed in better beans, superior roasting techniques, and an unbridled coffee-loving spirit. PJ's Coffee has a variety of coffee beverages, such as hot, iced, and frozen, organic tea, and freshly baked breakfast pastries. Our famous iced-coffees are produced every day using a cold-drip technique, pioneered by our founder, which maintains flavor and power while making coffee 2/3 less acidic.
