About this business

Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) is a Boston-based, nationally known integrated healthcare forum. CCA is a community-based provider and payer that serves people with complex medical needs. CCA, fellow-centered, and mission-driven, seeks sustainable and proven healthcare solutions that bridge critical gaps and improve the health of individuals with highly complex medical needs. CCA advocates for health equity by promoting accessible, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare policies. CCA's uncommon care model has consistently produced excellent quality and health outcomes while lowering care costs. In 2021, CCA began a multiyear strategic plan to diversify its geographic footprint to reach new markets and transform healthcare in the United States. In four states, including Massachusetts and Rhode Island, CCA now serves over 100,000 individuals.

Reviews Summary

Members of CCA all seem to share a common sentiment of care, with many praising the overall health and wellness support of the Care One program, massage, and extra services. Consistent home care partner management is a significant drawback for many members, while others, like a member who praised advocate Lusmari, are quite satisfied. CCA consistently places member goal achievement and adherence to good health practices on the same level. They show a dedication to making multiple healthcare solutions financially accessible for each member with genuine commitment from program sponsors that the SCO's full-service model would add emotionally challenging supports to that layer. Technical support and health coaching are an additional benefit that all members should have access to. Scope and scale are among the other significant results of the pioneering disease management solutions they use to track my progress as a member. Most of the time, responsible professionals are introduced to me. This is why I recommend entering this company as a partner privacy with Spectrum because of the effective professional network that would support me. CCA is reviewed quite well as a resourceful and attentive insurer who can resolve any care jam for anyone. And they effect better health outcomes and a better quality of life for their guests. To sum up, CCA can be a very important partner for the overall health and wellbeing of many other people.

Commonwealth Care Alliance faces criticism for inadequate leadership, questionable practices, and alleged misconduct, impacting member care and trust. CEO Chris Palmieri's lack of innovation and Care Partners' refusal to respect pronouns contribute to a troubling environment. Accusations of vendor fraud, unsubstantiated threats, and the inclusion of false criminal history in medical records raise serious concerns about the organization's conduct.
If I could give less than one star I would. Th customer service department is abhorrent. All these people do is put you on hold and transfer you to different departments. No one seems educated enough to answer even the simplest of questions.
