Dwight Rudd Insurance established in 1949, is a boutique, independent insurance company tailored to high-net-worth families and successful businesses. Philip Ladd, who purchased the company from his father in 1986, has since grown it almost tenfold. Since January 2016, Philip has acted as Chairman and Randy Schneider and Barbara Targum as Managing Partners. The two are answerable for the day-to-day running of the company. Philip needed to become the majority owner through developing the two intelligent professionals. We boast a national reach, which means we can help clients in all 50 states.
