This advice had placed me in a precarious situation that had cost me a ton of money and also made my court battle 10x harder. Michelle has not only helped me through the difficult situation my other council placed me in, but also has put me in a better place legally in regard to rights for my son. When you get frustrated with legal situations, it is easy to think “I want to stick it to the other person”. Michelle has often said to me “is this fight worth the money it will cost to pursue?” She could have easily gone down the rabbit hole and charged me more money, but she knew at the end of the day it wasn't worth it. She could have let me go that route and profited from my tangent, but she isn't that type of lawyer. She truly wants the best outcome for her clients, without robbing them blind.
