PRIMER ALL OVER MY PASSENGER SIDE , I ASKED THE MANAGER WHATS UP WITH THAT HE SAID ITS DYE CAUSE THE CAR IS OLD I ASK HIM I SAY I WANT TO SEE THAT IN THE INVOICE AND IS NEVER THERE OR EVEN IN THE WORK INSTRUCTION( I CAME TO TALKED TO HIM AND TAKE PICTURE AND HE SAID COME LATER, HE LOOK IT AND HE SAY TO ME YES IS TRUE IS GREEN BUT THATS OKAY) PROOF IN THE PICTURE #1 REALLYYY AM SORRY BUT VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND ALSO ,WHEN THE INSURENCE CALL THEM THEY LIE , LIKE PUT US IN BAD POSITION WHIT THEM , THEY SAID O WHEN WE TAKE OUT THE BUMPER WE SEE IS ALOT OF ""PART"" LOOSE , LIE THEY NEVER SHOW US PROOF OR PICTURE ABOUT THAT BUT ME I SPEAK WHIT PROOF HERE THE PROOF IN THE PICTURE BUT THE INSURENCE CAN NOT DO NOTHING TO HELP US .THIS PLACE IS SO BAD !!! (I ASKED THE WORK TO BE REDONE AND THEY SAY IF YOU DONT PAY US THE REMAIN WE ARE NOT GOING TO TOUCH YOU CAR ) I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST AND I THINK YOU ARE IN THE WRONG DIRECTION AM SORRY 12 days ago.handleChange had a bad experience with Acme Auto Body Repairing, Inc 12 days ago I highly recommend Acme for car repairs. Although it took a little longer than expected to fix my car, the team was very attentive throughout the entire process and always took the time to answer my questions. Communication about price changes could be improved, but overall they were professional and helpful. I especially appreciated that they cleaned both the inside and outside of my car before returning it to me. it was a very kind and thoughtful touch.
