For over twenty years, Robinson Donovan has been practicing family law. The physical basis for the practice is four counties in western Massachusetts, Hampden and Hampshire counties, Franklin counties, and Berkshire. The Family Law Group is a vibrant part of the community and continuing education program. The practice is continuing to expand. We passionately serve individuals experiencing difficulties within their families. Our goal is to support our clients in obtaining the best possible outcome from a challenging process. Every family law issue is unique, and every family is different. The Family Law Group treats each case as unique. We take an individual approach with each client because each client is unique and has different needs. Once a client’s needs have been identified, we help prioritize and fix them. Most families do not want a stranger to decide their future. Not only is litigation emotionally and financially expensive, but it also means that a judge will make life-changing decisions for parents and their children. We make every effort to ensure our clients resolve their cases through negotiation. This also ensures they spend as little time as possible in court. If the other party refuses to compromise and the case goes to court, we will work to ensure that the client receives the best possible outcome.
