This has been the worst experience of my life, your better off doing everything yourself rather than involving these people in your case, she is very unprofessional, hard to get in touch with them zero communication, she never reaches out for any updates unless you do, if your not on point checking the mail she takes her time you can miss on very important dates which could lead to your case being denied, she claims she has experience but if your case is not as easy as ABCD she will freeze in the process and you will be stuck forever cause now no lawyer wants to take it anymore, I paid her to the last coin and still didn’t get the service they promised me, at the end of it all she even confiscated my file for me to transfer the case to another lawyer, and the staff are very rude when you call them, I had a staff hang up on me because I was asking questions that she couldn’t answer. I have also attached a screenshot of my texts with her before she went an extra mile to block me, the time when I was harassed by one of her staff when I called in to get my file. She says she has experience, but once your case is difficult, she will be stuck with the proceedings, and all other lawyers will refuse to present it, I paid her all the amount that she asked for, and I didn’t even enjoy her services which she promised. She even took my file so that I look for another attorney. Her staff is even so rude, one even hung up on me, simply because she could not answer my questions.
