Post-accident is stressful, and no one should go through it alone. The process alone was overwhelming. So much paperwork, calls, tracking medical records. The other person's insurance company cares too little about the injured party; it looking out for their best self-interests. Eric has been great guiding and helping me through this mess. He has always been accessible nearly 24/7 via cell phone call or text. Eric is an easy-to-work person and very responsive, even to the smallest details of your accident. He genuinely cares about his customers. The advice he gives is excellent since he knows how much his customer is hurting and works towards relieving the pain. My case had a few setbacks because the other insurance company stopped paying for rental cars when the auto parts got out of stock. The other issue was about payment for medical treatment I received. Eric made sure my rental car needs were met, and he helped me get reimbursed for the medical bills. He even explained to me how the insurance thing was going on, and all was in-depth explained. His paralegals were caring just like him, and they helped Eric in getting to know about all the details of my accident. They even helped me in undergoing treatment after the accident by contacting my doctors and make sure I got the best treatment. I was exhausted and didn't have the strength to make the calls.
