Zeke's Coffee

Zeke’s Coffee is a small-batch, family coffee roastery in Baltimore, and we take freshness seriously. At Zeke's, we use fluid bed roasters. While drum roasters are used by most roasteries, our technology was discovered by Mike Sivetz in the ‘70s. They work by blowing hot air and coffee beans to create a fountain. Zeke's roasts faster and more uniformly than other roasters. Our product consistently tastes better because we roast the beans at the perfect temperature. The chaff is easier to remove and the coffee tastes cleaner. Our coffee beans also have a more distinct regional flavor. Zeke's Coffee beans are roasted in small batches. As a small batch roaster, we only roast our beans when you order them, guaranteeing freshness. We are also more transparent: our roaster can hold 30 pounds of coffee compared to 150 pounds that a normal roaster can hold. We put more time, effort, and ourselves into each bean.
