Customer Feedback Overview TJ was very nice and very informative I told him that I couldn't really afford a brand new system right now, but I would try to save up And that when that time comes, I would definitely recommend him To install (Five stars) While the technicians are great its hard to cancel the monthly subscription as I am not interested in way over paying for their elevated prices. Call me and cancel my subscription and this review will disappear!! Great company to deal with. Employees knew what they were doing! (Five stars) Matt was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and did excellent work. Was very good at explaining the issue and what he did to resolve the problem. Thank you so much Matt!! (Five stars) Austin was very professional and thorough. (Four stars) Tim was quick to diagnose and explain the issue with my Trane system and connecting thermostat, and immediately fixed the problem. Great work at a reasonable price. (Five stars) I contacted this company for a repair tool my air handler. After $2,500 of being moved around on the schedule, parts not being ordered, the wrong part being ordered, I was now told my system need to be completely replaced with a $18,000+ price tag. The big issue is the reasons for why the system needs to be replaced should have been seen and disclosed the first visit. I have reached out for a second opinion and have been told that my system is fine and can easily be fixed with a fraction of the cost. They also do not give any type of transparent pricing or estimate into their total costs. (Two stars) I contacted this company for a repair tool my air handler. Was professional and on time (Five stars) I had my ducts cleaned. It was long overdue and the price seemed reasonable. They were careful to not make a mess and it didn't take long. (Four stars) Doing the unexpected single-digit weather a few weeks ago. My condensation line was frozen from the outside to the furnace area. This creates internal faults within the furnace unit causing it not to work properly. I had (5) ONE HOUR ‘EMPLOYEES’ at my residence analyzing this unfortunate circumstance. Thanks to Jeff Catalini Field Supervisor, Kyle Wilson Operations Manager, John Rocker Austin Schmidt and Thomas COOK ‘TJ’ all Technicians analyzing and trying to find solutions. Throughout this (6) day process, new condensation pipes were run heating wiring placed, and still the furnace was like some relationships, hot, cold, boring and just not working. I had lost total confidence in this furnace system and would hopefully not encounter another episode like this. I made the decision to get another furnace. It was installed very professionally within a timely manner THANKS TO ALL the names LISTED ABOVE but a huge thanks to ‘TJ’ Thomas COOK, who did a great deal of the installation solo. ‘TJ’ was very explosive with KSA‘s Knowledge, Skill, and Ability in what he was doing and how he was going about doing it as well as teaching me the new system and the new thermostat. I give him his prompts as a Young HVAC employee Thomas COOK his on point Thanks to Tracey (office) as well for informing me of dates, times, and who was coming. Nov 6,2025 (Matt BeBee), came to inspect my furnace system (to ensure it was functioning properly due to weather changes). He was very efficient, very thorough as well as knowledgeable Thanks for your input Sir. Great Job Shawn, Tim and Kyle were amazing. They are all very smart and highly knowledgeable. Each one explained their area of expertise and gave expert recommendations. I'm very grateful for such a caring and conscientious group of servicemen. I highly recommend all 3.
