First Call Contractors Review Highlights Customer feedback summary: I was recommended by a friend to First Call Contractors. However, their pricing seems to be based on insurance claims rather than repair costs. The price from my insurance for roof damage differed from their estimate. Their estimate was way above the insurance estimate. At that point, the communication style and tone changed and was unprofessional. They encouraged a third party to do this because of the price difference. I felt pressured during that part of the process. There are many things they may involve when it comes to an official quote, so relax. Another reason why I am not recommending First Call Contractors My interaction with First Call Contractors stopped at that point. They never did any work for me. Please compare and contrast all estimates before deciding to commit. Therefore, I would recommend a job when the process and communication are perfect. 5 stars: This is a well-established company that operates with honesty and integrity. I have worked with many other companies and these guys are the best. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an honest and professional contractor. Besides, they don’t have any hidden charges. Their prices are fair. All the staff are professionals and always ready to help you. My project was completed on time, and the finished job was perfect. Try it and you will like them. Well done. Brian (the owner) helped walk me through the whole process and was available to speak to my insurance company representatives each time. He was not only there when they sent an inspector, but he walked around with that person to point out all the damage and then followed up multiple times. FCC did an outstanding job replacing all the siding on my house, and also added a house wrap and insulation. Work was done perfectly and Brian was always available by phone and text, with responses never taking more than a few minutes. This company is trustworthy and they live up to their word. I have recommended FCC to a few of my friends since the work was done on my house last month. I will call Brian again if there are any damages to my house in the future.
