Early in our engagement, Ms. Rankin said her work was to continue "aligning" my daughter with her mother, despite being unlawfully estranged from my daughter since March 2020. Since then, I believe Ms. Rankin has consistently misled both me and the court as she bills me for services that seem detrimental to my child's welfare. She has charged me over $41,000, yet there was no meaningful communication. Ms. Rankin has freely dismissed my calls and relevant issues as she uses her court position to facilitate biased outcomes that are detrimental to my parental duties. Watching someone with much power to protect a child's wellbeing has been disheartening as it feels like the alienation intensified.
