Customer feedback summary: Kitchen and Bath Shop made our kitchen renovation a breeze after a foundation repair. Our complete kitchen renovation required removal, and design is fun-our designer knew our budget and made a beautiful, efficient layout. He and the project manager were timely and respectful of our time. The construction crew was respectful and professional, as they understood families and worked long and hard. I will certainly use this company for my future renovations!2. Kitchen and bath shop was my best decision to remodel our main bathroom. I had the opportunity to collaborate with the amazing Ryan C. Ryan’s communication was great! His coworker, Ever, Isaias, Jose, and Goodyear, were also professional, courteous, respectful and like to listen. I am especially pleased with the bathroom that they completed perfectly. I still recommend as well as use them over and over again. I am so happy with their service and my stunning bathroom!3. Dream kitchen complete! Our Kitchen and Bath Shop of Frederick experience was unmatched. We could have not asked for a better experience. We began this journey with Joe @ K&B, and other vendors in late 2022, and K&B won the bid. Unfortunately, the kitchen project was subsequently halted due to other more pressing home projects. Fast forward to Fall 2025 when we were prepared for the kitchen. We revisited K&B, and the Senior Designer Joe Correria came to our home. K&B had the team and all the supplies we needed to renovate the kitchen in our custom log home. They have an excellent collection of supplies at different costs, and we easily chose the tiles (floor and backsplash) and shelves and counters that we thought were within our limits. From the first appointment with our designer Joe Correria to our PM Akif and Escobar, these co-workers of Melbi, Elias and Coventino, the work moved steadily without any issues. Akif made sure we were aware of their plan. The crew showed up daily and worked quickly and strongly. I am pretty sure they were working within 45 seconds of parking their truck! They worked hard, took a lunch break and were focused on the job. All of the members of this amazing team deserve credit for finishing the project on time and within the budget. We wouldn’t change a single thing about the kitchen now. It is simply beautiful now. The counter is fabulous, the floor is awesome and the closets are beautiful. We love the lights too! The guys did a great job with the new appliances as well! It’s like we are still trying to adjust to this new amazing look! I am very pleased with the work. The project was completed during the given time frame with no delays. The guys were respectful and ensured that the area was cleaned at the end of each working day. I would certainly recommend them to others.6. Eric did a great job during our home visit. He spent several hours with us, was very friendly, kind and respectful throughout the entire process. He took his time to walk us through various design concepts and was very mindful of his approach to our next meeting so that he can provide us with well-developed options in a couple of weeks. We appreciated his approach to pricing and potential concerns. His advice was honest and well-balanced, which gave us the assurance that our vision will not conflict with our budget. We anticipate working further with him.7. We recently renovated two small bathrooms in our home. We made a significant investment in this, and we needed quality. KBS delivered, from concept to completion, our satisfaction was paramount. We encountered no major problems during the project, and the project manager Akif worked with us to resolve the few minor ones that came along with the installation. The team did a great job, worked hard, and caused little disruption to our daily lives as possible. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend KBS for any bathroom renovation.8. The team of Frederick Kitchen and Bath was great at handling our two-bathroom remodeling project. Eric did great with the design. He was able to visualize our ideas for us and recommend the best design. He also has an eye for the right choice of color and material. Akif completely ran the project, and he was so responsive to our needs. He was also able to solve all the unexpected problems that came up. The installation team was very professional. They worked long hours and even during a power outage to maintain our project timelines. I am very happy with the project and the overall results were amazing.9. It was a complex basement bathroom/laundry room remodel, and as things came up, they were professionally resolved, and the final results were beautiful. Stanley and Ryan were excellent to work with.10. KBS made my dream bathroom a reality! From the designer who helped me pick my awesome tile and cool handmade mirror, to the professional, careful team that removed and rebuilt my bathroom, it was all good. The project manager always communicated well, so that even the few problems that arose were quickly solved, and the end result is even better than the dream! And my cat loves it!
