Customer Testimonials: I made an initial stop at VKB Kitchen and Bath to commence a full kitchen remodeling. To my surprise, they made all the work comfortable, and even left me feeling more confident. Rachel helped me a lot, as she was patient and understanding. We debated over different cabinet styles, countertops, layout and design functionality, and also the most effective budget and timeline. She also asked me some questions that I had not thought of, and this was a great way to get a starting point on what I wanted. There was nothing I asked that she was not able to answer. I could see how she enjoys the job; she is doing that was very encouraging. I rate this experience 10 out of 10, and it will be best if you go and see Rachel. The second one is that Emmy came exactly as we had agreed, and she was not late. She also took not more than 30 minutes to check my shower leak, which was a good sign of her professionalism. After assessing it, she advised me that the problem was too small for VKB to handle. She also referred me to a handyman who deals with a smaller scope of work that would be best for my problem. There was no force from her since she ensured that whatever she said was in order. Furthermore, their communications with us were very good. Emmy is a very good designer. She listened closely to us and developed layouts/designs for our Master Bathroom Suite that included most all of our wishes and needs. Her selection and recommendations for the materials and colors are a testament to her experience and talents. There is more you should know about VKB Kitchen and Bath. They are worthy of your consideration.
