ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Reviews from Clients. 1. A recent divorce case resulted in my home sold for tens of thousands of dollars less which led to me being forced to rent. Legal fees from the divorce combined with moving expenses heavily impacted me. The last straw was an unprecedented, damaging deposition regarding my professional situation. In comparison, when a child relative died, that case resolved quickly. The difference in effort and ability to achieve resolutions in a timely manner was staggering. I ended up paying less for legal representation (just $300) and reserving more time, hopes, and emotional energy for grieving than I did for my divorce. Moving forward, I would suggest questioning whether clients are still being guided toward strategies that maximize their financial outcomes, maximize your odds of success in a business or injury lawsuit, refuse to learn the rules or follow court orders, and/or clock the most hours? You should ask detailed questions about cost-benefit analysis before pursuing prolonged litigation. 2. Every aspect of their involvement was incredible. They were better than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. They are respected in Frederick and well-networked in the judicial community.
