We had to replace our front door after it was broken into and Sterling General Contractors called back within the hour and was able to be onsite the same day despite the later time of day. Rolando was very responsive to communication and very willing to work with us regarding the specifics of the job particularly as our HOA has guidelines for front doors. I was skeptical but positive about calling Rolondo due to the fact that my project was small. I was worried that I was going to be up-sold or push into something I did not need or want at the time calling someone else for my small project. Rolondo came to the rescue to assist in a very small repair. My first project with him was a large kitchen remodel. Now we want him to do a bathroom face-lift. I know now I can rely on him for all the home repair things in between. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor for their home and I would also want my fellow homeowners to experience what I and many others have experienced with him. He figured out where the leak in the bathroom was coming from, sealed it all and then some, then repaired the drywall, and the ceiling to look better than it did. I also had my front door replaced in the historic district. They are now planning to do a bathroom remodel this winter. I highly recommend! He did my kitchen in a mansionette and he left me satisfied with a great place that I now call my castle. His work is just perfect and I cannot compare it with any other in the market. Would recommend him I have used Sterling General Contractors for multiple projects and have always been satisfied with the finished work. Most recently I hired them to finish my basement. Rolando managed the project and did some of the work himself. He provided great communication from the beginning of the project all the way to the end. The plumbing and electrical work passed the first inspection. He also was able to offer suggestions for some of the materials that offered a cost savings. The project was completed on time, and on budget. I always recommend him to family and friends when they need a contractor.
