How in the world do people find good representation in MD? I called this office at 8a and someone told me I would get a call after 9a. I called back at 1p after not hearing from someone and the lady who answered me sounded annoyed because she said I spoke with someone and they had already given me the information. That was untrue. They are about a month out but you are expected to pay for the consultation and cannot promise you they are available to help you sooner. I can understand that. I asked if there was someone else who can help sooner and again she said I would have to pay the consultation up front and still may not be able to help me in a quicker time or in the timeframe I needed. Either way, the attitude and sounding frustrated with me was uncalled for. If I wasn’t in need of help, I wouldn’t be calling them. How they have so many reviews..I don’t know.
