First of all, I was contemplating on whether to write a review about the service I received from this firm or let go but for the sake of some clients Who have no idea about what they’re walking into I decided to write a review. My experience with attorney Mallon was extremely disappointing. Two months into my case, Mr. Mallon started sending me unexplained Invoices and when asked he tells you he’s been doing multiple pleadings and filings with the court with no evidence of those pleadings and filings and if you could remember I challenged you on some of the invoices and you apologized for sending me overcharged invoice and I have evidence. I was overcharged far beyond what was reasonable with little transparency or explanation for those excessive invoices. We had a hearing in court and I asked this attorney Mallon what document should I bring to the court, he replied don’t bring nothing he’ll bring all the photocopied documents to the court. And When it was time to show proof of evidence to the court, this man told the court he didn’t bring anything and instead of being remorseful he go straight to his phone to look up future appointment dates and still sent me invoice for showing up in court. Not only did he deliberately forget to bring my important document to court, but he still charge me for showing up unprepared. This kind of negligence and lack of responsibility is completely unacceptable especially when people hire an attorney to protect their best interest. Instead of professionalism, I was left frustrated, disrespected, and taken advantage of. I would never recommend attorney Mallon to anyone. Attorney Mallon, as you read this review you knew exactly what you did to me and I pray you change your ways, and I pray you don’t repeat what you did to me to another client who don’t know much about the law. On top of that, deliberately dragging out my case in court just to keep billing me more money is completely unethical and unacceptable.
